Designed a successor web protocol and shipped its reader, publisher, and server: Ed25519-signed HTML boards, verified mutual links, sandboxed rendering, and an editorial rack UI.

Built an endless editorial stream that ingests 50+ real sources and blends them with format-matched AI content—an experiment in how quickly visual authority erodes online.

Shipped a real-time multiplayer party game with Phoenix LiveView. Each room runs as a supervised in-memory GenServer, with host handoff, reconnection handling, and automatic expiry—no database required.

Built a ~5 MB Windows wallpaper scheduler with Tauri and Rust. Weather-aware rules, tray integration, native wallpaper APIs, and typed JSON persistence keep it lightweight and easy to back up.
